Our secure Online Bill Pay system, gives you more choices and flexibility for paying your Individual & Family Plan premium online. You can:

Making a Onetime Payment
• Submit either total amount due or Past amount due
• Call into the call center to make other amounts.
• One Payment can be submitted within 24 hrs
Recurring payments
• Account must be current to setup a recurring payment
• Setting up recurring payment, term and conditions must be accepted.
• Recurring payments total balance will be deducted on your due date
• Recurring payment email notification will be sent.
• All inflight payments must be posted before setting up the recurring payment
• Recurring payments will be deducted on your due date (if the due date falls on weekend/holiday, the payments will be deducted on the prior business day)
• If recurring payment is declined for any reason, your recurring payments will be deactivated and will require you to submit the onetime payment for continuous healthcare coverage. You will need to setup recurring payment again
It usually takes 2 to 5 business days to process your payment and debit your bank account.
• Payments will be deducted on your due date (if the due date falls on weekend/holiday, the payments will be deducted on the prior business day)
Premiums are due by the 1st of every month to keep your account active, and avoid coverage loss. We recommend you make your payment by the last day of the month before. (Example: If your premium is due February 1st, make your payment by January 31st.)
You get credit for your premium payment on the date you make it (or, if mail, when we receive it).
Healthfirst does not accept cash payments. However we accept the following payment methods

No. Payment due date cannot be changed for your recurring payments, your payment are due on
• Payment date is defaulted to First day of the current month for EP, HFIC and QHP
• Payment date is defaulted to Last day of the previous month for CHP
Yes, but only other members on your plan if they register on Healthfirst.org using your Member ID.
